Sunshine Apartments is Block of luxurious Flats comprising 6 Units of 3 Bedroom Luxury Apartments& a 4-Bedroom Penthouse (each with a room BQ) within Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The property is still under construction with a delivery timeline of Q2 2024. Estate Links handled the conceptualization, tendering, selection of the contractor and currently handling the Project Management for a State Government.

Sunshine Plaza Project is A twin block of 7-floor modern office development with ample parking and state-of-the-art facilities strategically located on Ahmadu Bello Way and with a return frontage unto Bishop Oluwole Street in Victoria Island, Lagos. Each block contains a total of 2,760 lettable spaces. The project is a PPP arrangement between a State Government and a Developer put together by our firm. Other roles performed by our firm include:
-Valuation of the Land
– Feasibility and Viability Studies
-Arrangement of necessary approvals
-Project Management
The project is open to letting from March 2024
