The USA office of Estate Links affords its clients the opportunity to invest in several different real estate investment vehicles that offer dollar currency returns for short term fifteen-to-eighteen-month investments as well as longer term thirty-six month plus investments that offer both annuity rental income and asset appreciation.

Estate Links’ signature project in the US is the development of twenty-four new construction rental units. Branded the Wharton Centre, this multifamily project is located half a mile from Temple University and a fifteen-minute train ride to Philadelphia’s business district.

The Metro Philadelphia market provides opportunities to invest in single family homes for as little as $125K -$200K that rent out for $1200-$1900 per month, as well as multifamily properties that trade for approximately $100K-$200K per rental unit. These investments in rental units generally give an annual return of 7% to 9% on cash invested and an asset appreciation rate of 3% to 5%. For those wishing to make shorter term investments, we provide opportunities to invest in various real estate development projects we are associated with in which an investor can make a 15-to-18-month investment and receive an annual return between 10% to 13%.

Joe is a native of New York City and has over 20 years’ experience in investing in and developing real estate and specializes in investment and development in distressed and emerging neighborhoods.

Joe holds an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and did post graduate studies in Yoruba history and culture at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, Nigeria.
